i haven't slept at all in 3 days, tonight will be night #4. i can't get the anxiety to calm down enough to relax. i just keep thinking about my ex and it makes it so much harder. i already have trouble sleeping as it is, but now it's just absolutely zero sleep whatsoever.

i'm starting to get really sick, shaky and my chest hurts i don't understand how people can handle this.

I've been going through the same thing for years now. It never ends for me. When I can't sleep I just get online and drink tea or watch tv. I take geodon and lexapro. Lexapro is for anxiety and depression. Have you ever taken it?

i've never been on lexapro. i went to the hospital last night and got a shot of ativan and a prescription for 5 pills. i hate this though... the ativan helps so much, unlike anything else, but they won't let me stay on it. it's so frustrating..

doing a little better. my dad just told me he'd pay the co-pays for my appointments so i'm a little less stressed about that.... and my ex's family is going to go see my ex and kinda force him to talk about me and see if they can ease him into the idea of getting help.. i'm already tired of taking so many pills a day, but i'm hopefully for once.
