so i have a giant bag of meds now.. lexapro, clonazepam, buspirone and i am starting a higher dose of trazodone tonight.

i'm starting to feel better. i mean... it's 8 pills a day, but i'm starting to go grocery shopping again and although i'm not sleeping, i just feel somewhat better.

the counseling was a major fail and i will never go back to that lady ever again even though my doc recommends therapy.

hopefully this weekend or next i find out, thanks to his cousin, what's going on with my ex boyfriend. i saved ativan for it just in case it doesn't go well.

hugs yay! that's good that you are feeling bette.r

don't think to much about the meds. this is all a temporary thing... soon you will not need them as often anymore, and eventually, hopefully you wont need them at all!

but great for feeling a bit better

That lady is not the only therapist in the world.
Thanks for this!

Hi Veggy, It is wonderful news that you are making progress. I only hope that you will hook up with a therapist that you will come to work well with. Peace - Dennis
Thanks for this!

yeah i'm supposed to start easing off the clonazepam so i am trying to think of all of these meds as temporary, but for now it's nice to feel somewhat normal.

and you guys are right... there are other counselors out there. i just hope i can find a good one

oh veggy you totally will. you will find someone compassionate and with a style that you find compatible with yours. it'll happen, just sometimes it takes time.
