The last 2 days I have gotten a rash breaking out over my body when I am anxious/panicky. I first had this happen on my way to my t's office. Once I started talking with her and trying to calm myself, they went away. Then after, on the way to the store, they started to come back, but went away when I deep breathed and calmed myself. Today I got really upset with my husband, started itching, and there were the spots again. They went away after I calmed down. Does this happen to anyone else? Is my body just trying to tell me even more that I am too stressed and I better do something to stop it? (The chest pains apparently weren't enough.) Arrrgh...I can't handle much more of this crazy stuff.

Hi comp. I found this on a web site I frequent for anxiety symptoms. I hope it helps

Skin rashes
Skin rashes, spots or dryness are all very common symptoms of anxiety and stress. It is quite common to get an eczema like rash around the nose, cheeks and forehead. They are nothing to worry about and usually disappear when you start to feel better.

My mom has that problem. It is almost like yours except for sometimes if she is REALLY stressed for a long time it won't go away for almost a week.
