I know I already posted this in the "depression" forum but I'm not sure if it's a depressive disorder or an anxiety problem...

Ever since I was in my mid teens, I've had this recurring feeling. It happenes every so often, more frequently lately. It's a feeling of being lost or confused like "what do I do now?" or "what should I do?" even though everything is fine in my day-in, day-out activities.

I have recurrent depression but I'm feeling fine - have been for a while now but admit to feeling a little down for no reason of late. I've also got that damned ADD (attention defecit disorder) for which I am being medicated with Straterra.

If you have any psychological or psychiatric expertise or, if you've had this feeling before, I would like to hear from you.

Thanks in advance,
Mike
