Hello everybody! A few months ago I found this exercise that helps you relax when you feel stressed or anxious. It is a serious of phrases to be repeated as many times needed that help you relax each part of your body starting from head to toes one by one. While saying each phrase try to focus on relaxing that particular body part. Remember, you can take as much time as you want to relax each part before moving on to the next one but also try to keep the previous ones relaxed. Repeat the following in this order using a slow and southing voice:
1) Now I relax my eyes 2) Now I relax my jaw 3) Now I relax my tongue 4) Now I relax my shoulders 5) Now I relax my arms 6) Now I relax my hands 7) Now I relax my chest 8) Now I relax my stomach 9) Now I relax my thighs 10) Now I relax my curves 11) Now I relax my feet 12) Now I relax my mind These are the phrases. wow, i never thought something so simple would actually help! tahnk you, this really works for me and honestly i needed it because i have troubles controlling my anger. this is amazing
