I have problems with panic attacks and ocd. I have discovered if I take my medication when I first feel that an attack to about to happen, it lessens the severity of it. I usually wait for it to be a full-blown attack to take the medication, but taking it at that first nudge really helps. Also, getting my mind occupied with something else. I can take just half the dose if I take it in time and get my mind occupied with something else. I am not giving up.

What a neat thing to learn! I have experimented with my thyroid pill to see when is the best time to take it so I feel best.

![]() I've even found this place; where others feel as I do to different extremes. I sit down and read; and try to feel what others feel...takes my mind off my own troubles----I even get to laugh, so many here have a wonderful sense of humor. I'm with you on that one---I ain't giving up either!!!--I send you hugs---theo |
