Should be happy and yay. But somehow I feel quite worried getting on the plane. Any advice please? I've been on a plane before though get popped ears and don't like bumps.

Going on hoilday soon

I get air sick. So I take dramamine. It makes me tired so I sleep through most of the trip.

Otherwise, for popping ears, Yawn a lot or chew gum.

Enjoy your trip. Where are you going? Going on hoilday soon

Ooooo Spain! I have a friend that moved there with her new husband last year. What part are you going to?

What part of getting on the plane scares you? Maybe if you know what scares you the most, you can figure out how you would handle the situation if it did happen.

Miss A...I am scared of planes too. But did you know, there are less plane accidents than car accidents.

I can sympathize with your fear of flying...but do you want it to limit the way you live your life? How many opportunities will you get to go to Spain again? I'm envious. I will keep you n my thoughts for a safe trip.

Going on hoilday soon You can do it! If you get scared again, come back and talk about it. We'll help you if we can.
