I keep getting chest flutters, but they aren't the typical ones I get with Anxiety. I know they aren't anything serious, because I have had them before....I just can't calm myself by telling myself they mean nothing.
I keep doing deep breathing and I just don't know what else to do.
I guess I just need suggestions and maybe some hugs....please?

Hey onlymedid, I used to get this a lot as well and most of my deep breathing exercises and stuff did not help either sometimes. I did however find an Amazing mental exercise which has helped me a hell of a lot, it is called the Bagha and has really made the world of difference in my life. I hope this helps you as much as it did me, it has really turned my life around. Oh, and heres that hug, you get better now you hear.

((((onlymedid))))

Maybe you should ask your doctor for a 24hr holter monitor pathology test to record any flutters over that 24 hr period? It will help with any diagnosis and if there is anything wrong you will know soon....

Take care,

Rhiannon

Thanks so much. I will look into that. I have never heard of it before. And thanks for the hugs. I felt much better today.

We did the monitor about a year and a half ago and I have a slight murmur, but my doc says it's nothing to worry about. Thanks for the idea, though!
