Hi, My anxiety has manifested into actual physical pain, mainly in the chest area. It feels like I'm carrying a fist size rock in there. Does anyone else suffer from this type of sensation? I've been examined by a Cardio doc and my heart is fine.

Sometimes I use to feel like I was in an iron vest, felt like I couldn't expand my chest to breathe very well and yes, it felt "heavy". I only got it certain times though, tried to be observant enough to figure out just when. I've since developed asthma so I don't know if that might have been a partial sign of the asthma or was just all anxiety/difficulties.
