That sucks. I'm really sorry. I get extremely anxious if my husband or our dogs are sick. It's terrible watching someone you love suffer and not being able to do anything. I really hope your husband feels better and is able to get some sleep tonight. I realize that Crohn's is a chronic condition but I hope he is able to manage the symptoms and that he has long remissions inbetween the flare-ups.

And I hope you're able to get some sleep too.
Thanks for this!

My partners husband has Chron's.... age 40.... last year he had similar symptoms for about 3-4 months prior....and then he just collapsed, yelling in agony.... and that goodness my friend was homw. His small intentenie (sp) ruptured in two places!!!! They had to remove a several yeards of it.... he was in icu for over a week in super bad shape, but after the surgery... he was ready to eat the flowers I sent over. lol Should this happen, do not hesitate to call 911... they can't turn you down for a life and death type of an emergency!!!!! Most hospitals will also work out a discounted payment plan... what ever you can afford... try if you can, any commutity ER hospitals that also serve low income patients. Chron's is nothing to laugh about.... Happy to report my friends husband is fine for now, and hopefully, if lucky, will not have a another attack within next four years. From what I have learned thru my friend... no cure....now raw veggies.... everything has to be cooked. No fresh fruit, especially with seeds... but you must already be aware of this Hugs my friend.... and do seek help immediately if symptoms get worse.
Thanks for this!

Yeah hardley anything. Every kind of food triggers my husband. Veg,red meant, wheat, sugar, everything. I think stress is triggering him now though.

I'm so sorry; I have a good friend with Crohn's and he's worried he's due for another flare soon.
