And got home in just enough time to feel the panic attack coming on. Felt nauseated, hot, sweaty and pale. Took me half an hour to calm but I managed it without a xanax.

I have committed to going for a walk with DJ each afternoon to start, for about 20 minutes, leading up to 30 minutes twice a day then one one hour walk a day...How on earth do I do this?

Thanks for this!

Congratulations on self calming Rhiannon. You did very well. many people cannot do that. as it is difficult. How did you manage?

walking with DJ sounds like a good plan. what is the walk like, the scenery, the air?

You can do it! The exercise may also help. Once you commit yourself to doing it regularly it will get easier and easier the more you do it.

Thanks you guys! ((((Madi)))) ((((sundog)))) that is so lovely. After having this thing for so long to be able to quell myself in such a short time was good. Though I didn't think about it until today.

I have anxiety on the walks because he just had a heart attack and the walking is his exercise to recouperate his health and energy. I worry because I don't want him to have another heart attack. So I'm having an issue every day.

That on top of being agoraphobic is a little complicated. I'm having off side problems that are related and causing other issues to crop up. I guess I will have to think about it all, see what comes up.

Thanks everyone for your support I really do appreciate it

((((hugs)))) to everyone
