Hello im new to p c and im just looking to better manage my anxiety and cope with other issues im dealing with. Thx for thesupport everyone and im looking forward to being here

Hi hopefully! It's good to see you here! I have a lot of anxiety issues too. Have you tried things like regular exercise or any kind of relaxation techniques?
In addition to therapy and medication, I do find it helpful to exercise every day. And I also practice daily meditation (even if it's just for a few minutes). It's also really important for me to try and keep busy. Having too much time to think (= worry!!!) is not good for my anxiety!! What do you find helps you the most to manage your anxiety?

Agree with Sundog. Learning to meditate and relax is important. Just find what works best for you.
