I feel like crap today.
Anxious and I have NO Idea why! There is no reason for it, just creeped up on me and this hasn't occured in along time .... anxiety has been minimal if non-existant the last while. I got up and did my lightbox for the 10 minutes (the time my pdoc wanted me to do it. Sat in front of it too long... could tell. Now just sitting online all of a sudden my hands started to hurt... face is numb/tingling same with the top of my head, and i'm anxious. Meh. ![]() |

(((((((sundance}}}}}} I'm sorry you're suffering. hope you feel better soon. I just moved to a rainy climate. Would you be willing to privately message me (if you're up to it) and tell me about your experience with the light box? I'm hoping my SAD doesn't kick in, but I want to be ready when it does.
