I've had something new and different attach itself to my anxiety: a type of agitation that has me unable to sit still. While at work this became a gigantic problem. In a state of sheer frustration I told my boss to stuff my computer up his ***** and this led to disciplinary action which led me to the emergency room for fear I was going to jump off the nearest overpass and into traffic...very challenging day~! I am not suppose to return to work for 10 days. I've been having panic attacks that cause me a deep rage I've never felt before.

This sounds serious! Can you seek out the help of a professional right away? Where is all this rage coming from?
Maybe you can contact the people at the emergency room or other health facilities around you. They might be able to point you toward a psychologist or a psychiatrist to talk to you. I would recommend getting an appointment for today. The less you delay, this more time you will have to sort this stuff out before going back to work. |

MMCooper, that kind of can't-sit-still agitation sounds like akathesia, a side effect from certain anti-psychotic medications, the major tranquilizers. Drugs like trilafon can cause it. Cogentin eases the agitation. Had you been taking any of those by any chance?
