Hello everyone, I'm very new to this site. A little crazy things about me: I'm Bipolar type 1 with PTSD and social anxiety, on top of that I have issues with self mutilation, drug addiction, and EDNOS.

It's very hard for me to deal with this anxiety...even when I'm just walking around in walmart I feel like everyone is watching my every movement, almost like they can read my thoughts and it's very terrifying. When I'm in social situations I feel like I need to drink or take drugs because it somewhat gets rid of the anxiety, makes me feel like no one is judging everything I do, you know?

Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself I've posted to a few forums and it seems like everyone on here is very understanding and open-minded, which I'm glad to know.

**Peace

Hi DarlaKat. Welcome! It's good to meet you. I have a lot of anxiety issues too and I definitely find it helpful to share experiences with others who really understand. I hope you like it here

I agree. I have been dealing with social phobia for 12 years and it's been the only "way out" of it, for me.
