Living in other, imaginary worlds does not change the real one, just postpones it and later one can end up regretting that (been there, done that). I would get back to the real one and see what you can do about your problems, here, where it "really" counts.

((((babygirl))))

Fear can make your life small; running from it by pulling inward just makes it even smaller. It feels awful, I know. I'm sorry you have to fight it so much.

It's just not fair that your fear followed you into the safe world you tried to make for yourself. But that's what it does. You can fight it. Keep on working.

If leaving your sims house is scary, maybe you can use it as a mini-exposure tool. Are you afraid to leave your sims house because you might lose points or not know what to do? Can you try doing it anyway, just once? Can you walk out of the sims house and allow yourself to sit with the fear until it starts to go away?
Thanks for this!
