(I'm 15)So for my next appointment my T decided it was maybe good to tell my parents about my suicidalness and the severeness of my depression because they dont know anything but I was to scared to say no. But I really dont want to tell them anything yet and im really scared about it I have no number or email or anything so I cant contact them without asking my mom who will start asking alot of questions . And im just losing it and really afraid of what they will do or think of me

So when you ask about what you can do, just think about it this way: Your T can NOT force you to tell your parents without your permission. And your T CANNOT tell your parent without your prior permission! So things aren't quite as bad as you think they are. The best of luck to you, Jarebear! Take care. ![]()
