I know, at least from what I've researched that this doesn't exist, but I feel like I have some form of hypochondriasis of mental illness and physical illness.

Physically, I always worry that I'm going to have an asthma attack (though I've yet to have one bad enough to be considered an "attack"), bronchitis, insomnia or circadian rhythm disorder, some sort of vitamin deficiency (which is somewhat legitimate because I have frequent canker sores), and I always seem to have some sort of sore. Mentally, I contemplate if I have borderline PD, schizoid PD, paranoia, something ranging toward the high-functionality autism spectrum, OCD, GAD, etc.

I'm 18 and I move out of my house and into college in three months, but my parents don't believe in psychological help (due to circumstances that occurred with my brother, who has a learning disability). I have no form of income of my own so I can't pay for psychological help or therapy and whatnot, but I'm constantly worrying that I have some sort of problem.

Don't know what to do. Can anyone offer any advice?

That's quite a list there.
My initial reaction would be to advise you to stay away from the books or movies or wherever it is that you're getting these ideas. I'm curious about how you became so familiar with borderline PD, schizoid PD, circadian rhythm disorder etc

I definitely have similar fears/preoccupations. I fear physical illness as well as mental and neurological illness. During the worst of panic attacks, I am convinced I've gone crazy and might get stuck that way.

I've taken psychology classes in high school and I'm planning to study neuropsychology in college, thus I read a lot on psychology like books by Simon Baron-Cohen and Viktor Frankl, and other renowned psychologists. Regardless of if I wasn't planning to study a subsection of psychology, it's almost as if learning all these mental disorders is addictive. I tend to focus on personality and mood disorders because I plan to study emotional-cognitive processes, and their impact on the circuitry of the brain.

You're an interesting individual, for sure!

Do some research into OCD; as a sufferer of severe OCD, I wouldn't be at all surprised if you had it. I think, to be honest, that hypochondria and OCD are, in most cases, very much the same; a hypochrondriac will obsess over an idea, and the compulsion would be to check, research, and/or get help.

Yeah so a lot of med students go through this phase where they think they have everything. Let me rule one out for you....schizoid...you're not that goto the forum here and there are like five posts in the history of the forum, why? schizoid people don't want to interact with others. Youve already posted 16 times as of now...you actually reply to posts. The more you know the more it will go away. This site is actually a great place to start why not post in each of the mental illnesses you think you have and see if you can relate to the people there.

I don't really have any advice, but I empathize. I have been to the ER more than once thinking I am having a hear attack (there is nothing wrong with my heart). When I see my GP doctor I guarantee he will roll his eyes at me at least once.
It is worth getting checked out even if it is just to ease your mind. If you can't see a therapist maybe talk to your regular doctor.

I don't quite think that schizoid can be ruled out, though I appreciate the help. I have a pervasive pattern of avoiding emotional connections with others and avoiding physical intimacy except in circumstances in which I have no emotional connection with the person involved. I have an extremely low empathy quotient (not that I trust all tests, but the test by Simon Baron-Cohen indicates that my empathy quotient is so low I'm likely somewhat autistic), I don't understand how to correctly respond to many situations involving emotions, and I much prefer solitary activities such as playing Sudoku or solitaire, listening to music, and reading. I've never done any sports because I loathe the idea of being on a team, and I think logically and analytically, not emotionally (these are not facts just seen by me; many are seen by my mother, my brother, my doctor, my friends, etc.).
