I'm extremely frustrated right now. My sister thinks she can say whatever she wants or whenever she wants. I tried to leave everytime she starts attacking me. She tells me all these mean things like your fat and lazy. You wear you close two times to small and weight 500 pounds. She started going after me told again. Mind you i have been really stressed out and my anxiety is going crazy too. When she starts attacking me, I start to shut down and my body starts to freak out. It takes forever to calm down. I walk away from her and scream at her asking her to stop but she keeps going and going and going. She follows me sometimes, I looking for appartment but I don't have the money for one. What do you think it is? Do you think it has to do with my anixety and thats why I start to shut down?

She attacks you because she see's that it upsets you, that is her control over you. As long as you keep letting her bother you she will. Just keep telling her she is collecting bad Karma and that she will end up getting it all back.

Stand up for yourself, don't let her get to you.

I try to stand up for myself but she keeps talking over me and i try to talk over her but its like impossible. GRRR!!!

people shut down when they are threatened, abused, or frightened.
Its a coping mechanism but im not sure its the best one.
Have you got a professional to speak with.

No I can't afford it and i have checked into it and its not possible at this moment of time that pretty much why I joined this place because I figure I could ask for advice and she what kind of answers i get back.

welll, she obviously doesn't support you
eventually, when you are financially able, you will be able to move and put people areound you who support you and you will be able to do things like lose weight or what ever else you want
and she will still be yelling and obviously not be happy

As soon as you can afford it, get out of there. Move out, rent a room somewhere else or somthing. Dont take anymore abuse from this person, ur sister. She is a Bully! I too had someone like that always abusing me verbally, one day I had enough so I have nothing to do with that person (my mother).

Yeah its my goal to get out of her. I'm sorry you have gone threw this too.
