I've been stressed lately. I'm overwhelmed by so many things. First it was a really bad neighbor's bs and housing still not evicting her. This enrages me. Then it was my broken toe and the healing process going on and on. Now it's me not being able to get a anti - virus program downloaded on my pc. And lastly it my little dog shaking whenever it gets windy (it's sort of like a convulsion and may or may not be anxiety).
All I can say is I'm overwhelmed and totally anxious and wish that things would get better and my anxiety would stop!

((((((((((michele)))))))))))) I'm so sorry for all the stress you are going through. It sucks when it's one stressful thing after another. I don't wonder that you're feeling completely overwhelmed. I really hope things calm down very soon.

Sending you peaceful thoughts

Find at least a half hour to do something for yourself, by yourself. A hot shower, a walk, whatever you like to do. Take a deep breath and dont think about the situation for the whole 30 minutes. The short escape might help your reboot your perception..

Sundog, thanks for your concern. Things are somewhat better. It's mostly my attitude I guess.
My pc still won't reinstall my anti-virus program and my lousy neighbor is still here and still irratating. All I can say is at least it's a sunny day here pleasantly in the lower 60's right now and my dog is just fine right now.

That's good to hear (((((((Michele)))))) Really sorry about the other ongoing stuff though I hope you're able to relax a bit this weekend.

(((Michele))) Sorry to hear you are feeling so anxious. I can relate I feel so worried about all sorts of cr*p today... The stuff with your neighbor sounds like a pain. I hope it gets sorted out for you... Hugs.
