for the past 2 days (this is the best i can explain it) i've been having like mini panic attacks. like normally my panic attacks i'll get chills and nausea and be lightheaded and just barely be able to move. last night i was doing alot of hw and stressed out, and people were irritating me, and i got nauseous all of a sudden and got a migrane... like really nauseous, not just a tummyache, but like puking nauseous. today the same thing happened when my sister pissed me off, i've already had a bad day.
has anyone experienced something like this? and is there a name for it? thanks guys.

Almost the same happens to me.. except when im stressed and have a bad day, i feel like im going to throw up and stuff because i get reallly really anxious easily. I lash out on people too... but i dont think thats from the anxiety.

I get those out of the blue for no reason at all despite my meds (which really cut it down). In my case I get what I can only describe as an addreneline rush and a tickle in my chest.

I get those mini panic attacks with horrible physical feelings too! They come on totally randomly, even when I'm not anxious at all. I can be watching TV or whatever, and, suddenly, this wave of unpleasant physical sensations washes over me, and it's that which makes me anxious!
I'm sorry you're dealing with this too ![]() ![]()
