hello every1 i have been going through alot with anxiety this might be under ocd but idk i find it more of a anxiety issue in my life but i must make things right but not as in correcting things but i'm afriad to do something even if i have done it a million times i ask twice b4 i make a move i'm always worried of messing up i guess it comes from my past with my dad i was never good enough and now i worry of making a mistake i worry so much i ask 2 or 3 times at work b4 i do something i don't wanna mess up and get yelled at it brings back so much pain i ned a way ofmakingit go away its really affecting my work and just regular life i'm always questioning things even if they are right i'm worried i'll mess up iwon't be right and its hurting me ppl get annoyed with me cause i'm always asking twice to make sure b4 i move and they don't like saying thing more than once but i like ot make sure i have it right but i need to make that stop i need a wayto control my anxiety so i can make a move without someone holding my hand and telling me i'm doing good i'm so scared of messing up i need a way to get that out of me plz give me some advice help me cope with this

I undrestand what you are going through. I grew up with my parents constantly telling I was doing something wrong or whatever and they still do to this day. It's made me extremely self concious about everything I do. It is good that you know the source of these worries. Maybe if you can find examples of something you've accomplished on your own you can use that to help you do things on your own.
