... cancelled our plans today because he keeps having panic attacks.
I think i caused them... He is now dating one of my friends, and me and him are like, buddies and everything (since freshman year) and i really have had no one to talk to, so we've been talking alot. Well, his girlfriend has been in Europe for like, their whole week relationship so far... and i know he misses her and stuff. but could us talking be giving him panic attacks? I dont really know.. i just feel like its my fault... like since he hasnt really talked to his girlfriend, and we have talked like, everyday for the past few weeks.. Aglkdsjrkahgs. I dont want him to be unhappy but i (not thinking im all hot **** or whatever) think im making him think differently? Like, idk, im sure for a fact he doesnt like me but aldkfjlasdkfj i cant stop thinking that im causing him pain. He's my buddy. |

It's really hard to know for sure what causes his panic attacks unless you ask him. Some people have the most random triggers (myself included). Be honest with him and what you are worried about.
