As anyone ever experienced this before when having a panic attack?
Just awhile ago, I had a bad panic attack due to unrelenting stress in my life. My left arm started to shake a little and then my legs and then my whole body. I had to crawl into the living room to get help. By the time I managed to climb up onto the couch, my whole body was shaking very violently. I was gripping the edge of the couch so tightly that my hands turned white and my head kept jerking left and right very rapidly. I'm not very familiar with panic attacks (my anxiety disorder rarely manifested into panic attacks until just recently), so I'm asking... is this shaking normal? |

I guess depending on the sevarity of your panic attacks, it's pretty normal. I have panic attacks daily along with just the anxiety, and I shake all the time. It's not abnormal for someone with an anxiety disorder, but it's not very fun.
But if it is that violent, you might wanna go see a T and figure something out? Good luck[: |
