I'm not sure why but for the past month or two I'm always extremely anxious as soon as I wake up. I don't understand why. I would think that a person is suppose to feel more rested after sleeping, but instead, I feel like I'm having a mini panic attack. Has anyone experienced this? When do you typically have issues with anxiety?

That happens to me a lot.
I still don't know why. But I think it could be the whole, having to deal with the day, type of stuff.
Best of luck[:

I was thinking the same thing, actually. That makes a lot of sense as to why I would be feeling anxious waking up.
Thanks for this!

It has been happening to me every morning. I have been trying to tell myself.....life is good, everything will be ok today. I really don't like it either. It is very uncomfortable.
