I have not yet tried this technique but it sounds like it works great. I found it while browsing the web. I hope it helps you all out I cant wait to try it tonight before bed.

I do my best to be aware of intrusive anxious thoughts. Tho many times I somehow miss that awareness and just feel the physical symptoms of anxiety. I just wonder whats going on and do my best to be stable. I think I'm missing something outside of my awareness.

Ok, here's a silly question that I never really understood. I've read a lot of visualizations online and they always tell me to close my eyes. How the heck am I supposed to follow the visualization if I can't read the page -my eyes are closed. Am I supposed to read and remember it...or am I missing something.
