Boy do I know that. Any time I think about my anxiety or the events that caused my anxiety I get all messed up. When it's not on your mind anxiety is not difficult to deal with. I will tell you one thing though, as you go through life and develop more understanding of your anxiety and what triggers it and how to tell yourself it will pass, it becomes much easier. My anxiety has not been as bad as it has been in the past, I am finally getting better.

Take care.
Thanks for this!
