I didn't have panic attacks while pregnant but a normal panic attack is just getting real scared - you know the feeling you get when someone walks up behind you and you didn't notice they were there until they talk or touch your arm or maybe someone suddenly yelling boo or drops something that startles you? Well panic attacks are the same feeling only it lasts more than a few seconds more like minutes and sometimes longer.

To be honest mine went away completely. I'm not exactly sure why. But as soon as I was done being pregnant (2 years straight), they came back but way less intense.
Be very careful, try not to stress or panic. It's unhealthy. Talk to your doc about it alright. Desirae
