I'm a 41-year-old male who has been dealing with panic attacks ever since I was about 13. It does get better, especially with therapy. I know how to deal with them and how to deal with the feelings come just before the onset of a panic attack, which is`something that I learned from a therapist too. Like I said , it does it better. Why don't you see a therapist, if you're not already?

Yes, they can go away if you treat your anxiety. Therapy can help you get at the roots of your anxiety and you can be rid of it.
