First about your sinus problem: try to take a steam bath. Boil some water put some thyme in it. Then sit down at your table, with your face over the bowl of water and thyme, with a towel over your head and the bowl. Then breath in, the steam. That way the swelling might go down.
Dizzines during anxiety: try to learn how to breath when the anxiety is on its way. Breath slowly, with your stomach.
Hope I´ve been to some use...

antihistamines line sineoff and benedryl will help clear tthe sinus's. but also consult with doctor incase it is an infection of some kind.

check with a doctor on the dizzyness too incase you have an ear infection or other health problems possibly going on and if it turns out its anxiety the doctor could prescribe an antidepressant that also works for anxiety. it could also be that when you get nervous or anxious you start breathing faster so your body reacts like it would if you were hyperventalating. try relaxation techniques like trying to slow your breathing/heart rate. Relaxation music, and so on.

Maybe the dizziness is connected to the sinus thingy - I know my equalibrium gets way off when I have a sinus cold.

Rest if you can. Read if you like reading. Treat yourself by doing something that you enjoy, but haven't done in a long time. Be kind and patient with yourself and repeat after me EGBOK

Thanks for the replys.. I have had 3 different docs run blood tests. and everyone says that I am healthy, that I have got to beleive that its just anxiety. I was on ativan, and it helped so much, but I recently had a bad head cold and the sinus issue, so I stopped the medication for 2 days, probably wasn't the best idea huh? Need help today..... I have MAJOR health anxiety!!! IT IS JUST SO HARD TODAY... Need help today.....

just a quick note about the sinus meds - alot of them contain types of drugs that stimulate you like pseudo ephedrine, These drugs are quite effective but they can make you slightly edgy in themselves if you are prone to anxiety. I get really edgy on thm
