No, not alone. Fears can be helpful though! Grab one of yours and figure out its root; think of 5 things you can literally "do" to help relieve it?

I have lain awake nights worrying about the dust on door lintels and the only thing that helps is to decide to clean them in the morning. But, I think the bigger root problem is the fear of getting old and unable to care for myself so I have started a project to work on simplifying my life (I'm 61) and getting rid of "stuff". So, as "funny" and unrealistic as anxiety about dust on door lintels sounds, it has a very real base and is just "easier" than working on the hard root cause.

So, list some of those fears and see what they have in common and work on the root cause. That will give you confidence in yourself and abilities and will get rid of some of the more pressing fears. You will be so busy working on real projects the unreal worries won't be able to take the time and space in your head.
