I have never felt so vulnerable as I have when sat in a car with no petrol on a bust motorway in the rain. As each car passed the car I was sat in rattled slightly and it would be even worse when a large carrier lorry would pass. My mum had said this was due to the speed they were travelling at, either way I just wanted to get out of the car. I wasn't able to leave the car for many reasons, the main one being I was on a busy motorway and it was so unsafe for me to do so.
I felt as though I couldn't breathe and as each minute passed I swear I thought I was going to die. I was so scared and I just wanted to cry. It took a whole hour until my dad got petrol from the local petrol station and he walked along the motorway in the dark and rain. I was so worried about him. I have never had a panic attack that bad, and now I just need someone to talk to and a hug. I never want to feel like that again, the worst panic attack I've had before that was no near as bad. I don't even know why I'm tying all this out really. I just needed to get it off my chest.
