Wow this is good.. Boy can I relate... What I don't understand is she linked agoraphobia with the panic attack... anyway, never had it all so explained so well.... IS a Psych Central blog link

I have actually live tweeted moments of severe anxiety as well, it's quite helpful,imho. It gets your mind at least a little distraxted while you are focusing on typing those 140 chars.

Panic attacks can be caused by a lot of different things; hers just had to do with the "size"/space of the Target, her agoraphobia in large, "open" spaces (I sometimes have trouble when I come out of a Mall and into a parking lot, the sudden "opening up" of space so you don't know where to look/focus, etc.).

I think I'm going to start doing the same with my twitter account... I'm also using as a place where I can vent things that I'd rather not put on facebook.
