last 4 or 5 days been having axiety.. cant seem to sit still to long... pdoc said it might be from my meds where he upped the dose... .... i dont really think .. i kinda think it is from all these damn feelings inside and i need to get them out.. im glad i see my t today.... who knows.. blah

YOU go GURL..................... get those feelings out..... try using "The Script" I sent to you the next time these feelings rear their ugly head - then let ME know how it went (ok).
