Keeps coming back,, again and again!! First the breathing then the dizzy spells, now the breathing thing again. Just can;t seem to get it under control,, IT IS SOOOOOOO FRUSTERATING...... Fells like Its never going to get better...

Lostone,
Panic attacks and anxiety is pretty awful and distressing. Use as many coping strats as you can to get through each attack and gradually you will get more confident and KNOW that you can get through it. I suffer too, yes it is frustrating, but try not to be cross with yourself about it. Work on slowing the breathing (you can use a paper bag) for at least ten minutes. Use distractions, something to take your mind off it. Learn to relax (easier said than done) You can buy a tape or CD. Do you have a therapist? A therapist can help you. Thinking of you.

Yes it is the hardest thing to focus on somthing else, when you feel like you can't breathe. I thought that part of my life was finally gone, the hard breathing, but it just came back, its like one leaves another comes!! Hope we both feel better soon,
