Didn't know whether to post this under Panic, Anxiety, or C-PTSD ...

Went to basketball game, because I really wanted to see this particular coach live and in person one time before she retires ...

Started having anxiety / panic issues before it even got started and had to leave. I'm at home now watching it on TV ...

I don't seem to have a problem with outdoor venues, go to the Lady's Fast Pitch Softball Tournaments all the time ... It's just indoor venues that get to me ... Oh, and going to movies too ... I don't know what it is, but it certainly pushes the panic buttons but good ... I wanted to go out get a gulp or two of fresh air and come back in, but that's not permitted ...

Oh, well, at least I went ... That's a start ... Maybe next time I can stay for the tip off. Thankfully it didn't cost anything since faculty / staff is admitted for free to the Lady's Competitions ...

Alas ... C-PTSD ... The gift that keeps on giving (whether we want it to or not!) ...

Sincerely,
BC

You tried! And good for you for that. Now, don't beat yourself up for not being able to stay. Focus on the positive, next time you'll be able to stay longer. hugs
