TIME magazine had a nice article on THE POWER OF SHYNESS. It is worth a read for those of us struggling with shyness or introversion, or both. It had some good normalizing information and cited some good books throughout the article. (Feb. 6th 2012 issue)
Thanks for this!

Differently social. . .

There were a few articles that came up with Time for Shyness. . . I'm not quite sure if I've even read the right one but I know I found some interesting things. .
Thanks for this!

I am glad you found some good things. The article referenced was in the Feb. 6th 2012 issue. I think introversion is difficult for those who aren't introverted to understand. And, shyness especially hard for those who have never dealt with it to understand. I think even introverts can't always understand the sometimes crippling feeling of shyness.

Can you provide a link to this article - I would love to read it. I was painfully shy as a child and didn't have anyone to help me manage it. I eventually learned to improve but would like to read it. Thanks.
