hello.

I was doing my meditation yesterday and I realized something; had a breakthru.

I think a lot of my social phobia is from a feeling that ppl might "know something about me that is bad".

I realized now that came from a feeling of badness from being s*x*ally abused.

I know now that I am not bad. I was innocent, I was okay. And I still am.

It will take time to really incorporate this into my brain, but it is starting to happen.

Once I realize that I don't "have it coming" I think I won't be so scared of people.

Hey billi, great work for to make that conclusion...you were a victim, but you are now a winner. So beautiful person, enter society with great expectation!
hugs, bj

Billi,

That is indeed a big part of social phobia. If you want to get over it and need help beyond what you get with a psych, I can solve your problem. Hit me up if you wish.

Hi billi_leli
There are two things, redemption is by grace alone, so our beliefs and/or failures have no more influence on our salvation.
Second, it is often the heart of gold that is heaviest. Then who could we blame for the suffering and iniquity around us?

Yea! It always makes you feel good to figure out where these things come from.

I felt the same way and I can relate wholeheartedly to you.
