I don't know why I'm posting this, but I'm just so sick of wondering that I'm going to post it anyway.

If my calculations are correct, and I am pregnant, I would have conceived about three weeks ago.

For the past two days I've been having HIGH anxiety and extreme nausea and feel like I'm getting the flu or something.

It's a tad too early for me to take a test, but I figured I'd throw a line out there and see if I could get some answers so I don't end up making my anxiety worse.

I've never had children so I honestly don't know how I'm suppose to feel.

All I know is that something feels off. And I know it's not because I'm causing the anxiety by over thinking or anything. I keep doing all my tricks that usually keep at at bay, but it's like a never ending anxiety high.

I don't know, something to help ease my mind would be nice.
I know not everyone knows the answer, and only I know my own body and how it reacts to panic symptoms, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

Thanks!

I'd think that is normal. Being pregant is a big deal. You need to relax first. You need to talk to your dr about this.

Believing you are pregnant throws an additional anxiety into your normal mix so might not be "controllable" by your normal anxiety relief methods. I would accept that I don't know yet if I am pregnant and leave it at that; not something you can do anything about yet?

Let us know how it goes? If you are pregnant or it was a false alarm?
