Agoraphobia is what I'm thinking of as to your question.

Hi
Are you uncomfortable with these situations like, being outside of the home, traveling in a car, being on a bridge, or being in crowds. Then Yours is so called Agoraphobia.

I also have social anxiety disorder. I have realized over the years I have had it since I was a small child. People keep telling me to do this or that. They arent going to change me. I just need the help from a professional and meds I imagine to get me through what I call life.

How do you deal with it? Do you do therapy? meds?
