Hello everyone, i am suffering with extreme worry about the way i look and it stops me going outside a lot as i always go out with my mum as i get panic attacks. These are based around the way i look as i feel inadequate and very ugly. I see myself in a very bad way. I think i look nasty and hate who i am. I am a young girl from London and worry about myself like how old i look and feel too depressed as i feel inadequate as im overweight and am a size 36B bra size and feel this is too small so if you could tell me what you guys think of me in this photo i would be grateful like how old i look and whether that 36B is an ok bra size.
