I think I have GAD. I panic when people talk to me. I've had a few panic attacks

that doesn't necessarily mean you have GAD. you could just have a social phobia. talking to a psychiatrist about your symptoms is the best way to find out. take care

Um usually what triggers the attack is attention....when people give me attention....
