I have had some instances of wind ups to panic attacks. But when I was pregnant with my son (he was born in jan) I started having issues sleeping. I would wake up with almost an adrenaline rush and I physically ha to get out of the bed and pace around or move around a minute. I seriously get like I was going to die. Like impending doom. This would happen about every 15 mins all night long. This obviously caused severe sleep deprivation. Now let me state I was a diagnosed bipolar and did go of my meds for pregnancy. I have never experienced anything like this. It went on for month... Saw doc got put back on beds still sleep issues persisted. Ambien did nothing... Maye made it worse even. Finally seroquel was the only thing that made it stop and helped me sleep. But that drug is awful. Had my son, stayed on normal meds and had a severe anxiety panic attack. After that episode I slept like normal again. When I went back to work it started again. I'm completely stable accept For this.
I think it's severe stress and anxiety. I was wondering if anyone has experienced similar sleep disturbances? They feel like mini panic attacks.
