i've been over the top anxious for 3 weeks due to a health issue. i needed to post. not for pity but your support. i've just changed my pdoc and it is a help. he deals with mindfulness of the soul and body as well as medication. i started yesterday doing new things to lower my anxiety. i had found pushing the fears away didn't work. so while the health issue is still here i feel i have new effective tools to use.
still have panic attacks but it's getting better. i needed to reach out to you all. thanks for your being here and reading my post. your prayers will help too.
