Another issue I have during the school year that I really need to solve.

Whenever somebody starts talking to me or sometimes it just happens randomly in class, I will start to get really hot, my face turns red, and get this feeling of being scared. I'm not sure if it's anxiety attack or what, but whenever it happens it gets worse because then I think "oh my gosh my face is red and everybody is probably staring at me and making fun of me" and I panic more.

Does anybody know any remedies that would help with this?

P.S. The doctor is out of the question since it's too expensive.

breathing! when we panic, our breathing get shallow, less air gets to our brain, and we panic.

Also, hav you ever tried pharma gabba? it a natural supplement that has no side effects for anxiety. you can order it online or go to a vitamin/supplement store near you.

You could try some deep breathing. Perhaps you have some social anxiety. Oftentimes, even though you feel your face getting hot and red, people don't usually even notice. If you feel that they do, maybe you can just make light of the situation...."Wow, it's so hot in here." That way they may not even consider that you are feeling nervous.
