I have been struggling with anxiety and depression. The anxiety is the worst it's been in a long time. I'm having a problem with my neighbor that we're trying to resolve, but I'm terrified to run into them or talk to them. I don't want them to get angry with me. I'm suddenly terrified to be alone. What if something happens to my parent's...then I'll be completely alone. I randomly burst into tears yesterday at work several times. I'm usually a strong person, but this anxiety has brought me to my knees. I'm seeing a counselor tomorrow, but I just feel so lost. I feel like crying now as I type this.

Hang in there! (((hugggs))) it sounds like u are going through a lot. Great decision to talk to someone about it... I am sure that they will giv u insight on how to deal with all of it. Remember to breathe! In the meantime, go do something u enjoy (watch a movie, write in a journal, etc.) I'll be thinking of u tomorrow!

At least you have found someone to talk to who probably can help you with your struggle. That right there is a good start and maybe you can improve yourself further on.

Try to hang in there. I am actually going through very similar anxiety/depression symptoms, so I can definately relate.
