Oh my gosh, there was just an earthquake and it scared me so fricking much! For a second I thought the world was ending

Not fun at 1 a.m. when you aren't expecting it! Hope you weren't awakened from sleep, that's even more scary to me because one doesn't quite understand what is going on.

In Christchurch, in the 'shaky Isles' we often have 'shakes', which although scary, one gets used to, and 'also gets the mind thinking in the right direction'!
About a 3 - 4 gets me thinking, only bigger ones get a bit worse. Feel like walking on a trampoline with other on as well. . .
