I am posting because I am currently experiencing a strange feeling in my head. I was reading my book and my forehead and surrounding areas feel pressured and tingling. I also feel like I have fuzzy vision. My sinuses have been bothering me and I currently feel pressure in that area too. As far as medication I am only taking OTC allergy meds and Buspar. Any thoughts/personal experience with this?

When I had sinusitis I experienced a similar feeling of pressure in my head but without the tingling. Hope you can find out whats causing this. |

It's been a while but I think on the anxiety scale I used to do at the doctor one of the lines asked about tingling which would suggest it's a normal symptom of anxiety.
From things I've read online, there is a belief that panic attacks are often caused by a feeling of dissociation - often times going from 0-60 without the person noticing the dissociation part. I say that bestiary often tines when my anxiety gets high I feel that tingling and then I feel a numb-ish detachment. Not sure if that's the same thing you are feeling though. If you are new to the buspar, it could be a side effect (not sure if it's listed as a side effect but it's always a good place to start looking). Our maybe the combination if having a sinus infection (sometimes makes me feel off balance) + sinus medication + buspar. You could ask your pharmacist if thru know anything about if there's a reaction between them |
