HELP!!!!! I am suffocating in anxiety right now. There are a couple of repairs I need done on my house that need to be taken care of before winter sets in, but I do not have the money right now. How do I not have anxiety over it without ignoring it altogether? I don't want to ignore it, but I don't want to be worried about it either.

How do I deal with it????

Create a plan.

Write something down ... on paper in black and white (or blue or purple, whatever you like) & put it up somewhere where you see it easily & often.

Make this a 1-2-3 kind of list. Once you have something practical that you know you can do, some of your anxiety should start to ease. If you will begin to chip away at your list, the anxiety will continue to lessen.

Of course the list needs to be practical to begin with. When you finished it, look it over and sort it out for order ... What do you need to do first, second, etc. Then decide whether these are things you can realistically accomplish in the time remaining. If they are, there's nothing to be anxious about.
Thanks for this!

Breathe! When we are anxious, not enough oxygen get to our brains. And makes us more anxious. Breathe!

Now break it down. What exactly was the trigger? Put things into "what I can control" and "what I can't control". Then take the things u can control and make a list of action.

Hang in there!
