My anxiety mounting. I HAVE to spend thanksgiving with family. I'm dreading it. To add to that, my husband is angry with me AMD giving me the cold shoulder. I hate that. I'd rather just discuss it but we don't disguss, we attempt to out argue one another. He talks me.into confusion and I end up feeling stupid and resentful. I don't want to do this.

Hi hester91, that sounds like an anxiety inducing situation.. Do you have anyone else who can offer you support during thanksgiving? If there is noone come back here and write down about your anxieties so you don't bottle it up.
